ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

COLOUR: 
Ruby red rich with purple reflexes.

FLAVOUR:
intense and elegant with red fruits notes like sour black cherry, cherry, gooseberry .

TASTE:
Fine and elegant , persistent on its red fruits notes and rich of smooth and encircling tannis

TIPS OF THE PRODUCER:
For its characteristics this whine goes well with first and second courses based on meat and cheese not too seasoned

SERVICE NOTE:
Must be served at the temperature of 16-18°C in the red glass.
